Welcome to my little space on the internet! I wanted to create a place to share all things meditation, yoga and gratitude.
I'm a mother to 5 amazing daughters, I find joy in nature, raising chickens, calligraphy, meditation, yoga & spending time with my family and dog.
I am so happy to be offering a safe and inclusive space for all, as I truly believe yoga is for everybody.
I incorporate the mind, body and soul into each class.
Connection between the body and mind is key to a healthy and a happy soul.
MY BACKGROUND
I have been doing yoga for over 18 years, on and off. in 2016, I began practicing daily and in 2018 I decided to further explore my yoga practice and knowledge. I chose to enrol in a yoga teacher training course, where I completed 200 hours of training. After completing the course, became a registered yoga teacher, embarking on a new journey!
I recently decided to expand my teachings, which has lead me to my most recent endeavour; becoming a certified meditation teacher.
In this busy, fast paced world if you don't carve out time for yourself, you are bound to burnout. I set boundaries and carve out time for me and my om space, which is essential for my mental health and wellbeing. This brings me clarity, joy and peace. I'm here to spread the joy and peace with you all.
